Introduce yourself, then build your folder

From the talk

This is the single most valuable habit. Before you ask AI anything important, introduce yourself. Who you are, what you live with, what medicines you take, and how you want the answer to look.

Then create a project, which is just a folder inside the AI tool. Call it My Sarcoidosis. Put your introduction there, and add your breathing tests, scan reports, eye exam notes, and medication list as you get them, with identifying details removed.

From then on, you never have to explain yourself again. The AI already knows your story.
