From the talk

Appointments are short, and the patients who do best walk in prepared. Nurses use a framework called OLD CARTS to describe a symptom: when it started, where it is, how long it lasts, what it feels like, what makes it worse or better, when it happens, and how bad it is. Tell AI what you are feeling in your own words and ask it to organize it with OLD CARTS.

It will even ask you the questions a nurse would ask. When you see a new specialist, ask AI for a one page summary of your history. And before you leave, always ask these three questions.

If you did not get the answers, the visit is not complete.
